1. Wash your hands for 25 seconds with Pure Soap with No Anti-Bacterial Ingredients

2. Wash Outside Food & Beverage Products and any Outside Item Brought into Your House with the following:

          Mix in a Spray Bottle: 2 Tablespoons of Vinegar

                   2 Tablespoons of Baking Soda

                   3 Drops of Dawn

                   8 oz. of Water

Once you add all ingredients, Shake and Spray on the outside of your item, ensuring that the item is covered by your liquid solution before putting in your refrigerator, cabinets, etc.

Foods to Prevent and/or Restore you from the Coronavirus

Mix 2 Tablespoons of Baking Soda (Get the Kind Used for Baking) in 8 oz. of Water and drink when you awake in the morning 30 minutes before you eat.

Eat a Bowl of Organic Steel Cut and/or Organic Rolled Oats with 2 Tablespoons of Flaxseeds each morning

Drink a cup of organic Green Tea with 1 oz. Organic Lemon Juice and 1 Teaspoon Organic Ginger and                               1 Teaspoon Organic Cinnamon Daily

Drink a Hot Cup of 8 oz. Filtered Water and Organic Fresh Lemon Juice at least 2 times a week

Consume 2 Tablespoons of Organic Coconut Oil Daily (Ex. Add to Oatmeal or Tea)

Eat Organic Apples Daily: Eat in a smoothie, a whole apple or organic applesauce, but a smoothie is the best option

Eat at least 4 oz. of organic vegetables with each meal

Consume 1 Tablespoon of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar Daily (Ex. Add to Vegetables or Broth)

Consume at least 3 oz. of Organic Plain Unsweetened Whole Milk Yogurt (Sold at Trader Joe’s) with Organic Fruit to Sweeten & Flavor

Eat at least 2 oz. of organic fruits with each meal (Organic Papaya & Organic Oranges are Great for the Immune System)

Eat 4 oz. Of Wild Salmon at least 3 times a week

CORONAVIRUS SAFETY STRATEGIES UNTIL ITS SPREAD HAS SUBSIDED

Stay away from closed areas with other people in the public…So, take stairs instead of elevator, stay 6 feet away from people when you can.

If at a laundromat, it is still ok to use, but sanitize all surfaces before using. However, the medical field isn’t certain that a person may not still get infected with the disease if they touch an area that a virus carrier touched first.

The coronavirus has been shown to survive and stay on hard surfaces for days. Some scientists say that 3-7 days has been the typical length of time of its survival to be present on surfaces. As far as they know, you can’t get it by touching a surface unless you touch a surface, and then touch your nose or put your finger in your nose, and then you’ll have a greater possibility of acquiring the coronavirus it.

Anyone with respiratory and lung issues are more likely to get the coronavirus, because it enters the nasal area and lungs.

Kids don’t get Coronavirus as much, because their inflammation healing properties are stronger than older adults.

How long should this virus affect the USA, they don’t know, but they think the number of people acquiring this disease at this rate should considerably decline by July or August.

 

IT IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT THAT EACH PERSON SHOULD STRENGTHEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM TO PROTECT YOURSELF AHEAD OF TIME.

The higher the risks, then the higher the prevention measures need to be, in order to, protect yourself and those around you in the most effective way towards warding off this disease.
